Random thought, Been living here since 2009. Average temperature is around 74--F, so it's warm year-round. Homes are going for about $441,900 on average. With a population of 103K, Goodyear is a mid-size city. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Has anyone dealt with this? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to.
