Alright, I'm a remote worker and Average temperature is around 74--F, so it's warm year-round. With a population of 103K, Goodyear is a mid-size city. Homes are going for about $441,900 on average. Median household income is $101,814, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. What are your go-to spots?
