Goodyear quality of life -am I missing something?

Household incomes average around $101,814 in Goodyear. The city has invested a lot in new development. What do you all think? Property taxes are high but you get good services. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Came here for cost of living and stayed because the quality of life is solid. The healthcare is honestly surprisingly good and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
