The good and bad of living in Goose Creek

The unemployment rate is 1.9%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $87,437 in Goose Creek. The median home value here is around $279,500, which seems about average. Median household income is $87,437, which feels pretty solid for the area. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Should I be concerned? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The weather takes some getting used to. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The weather takes some getting used to.
