What Gordon Heights does better than anywhere else

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Born and raised here. Household incomes average around $107,317 in Gordon Heights. Homes are going for about $363,700 on average. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Worth the trade-offs? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Used to live on the North side, now on the Uptown side. Completely different vibe. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.

I've been living here for 3 years and I'd say it's improved dramatically in recent years. The school system is decent compared to other places I've lived. Overall Definitely worth checking out..

We moved here with our family and I have mixed feelings honestly. Schools in Uptown area are decent. Kids love it here.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I genuinely enjoy living here. No regrets on my end..
