Anyone else feel this way? I'm a college student here and Median household income is $99,464, which feels pretty solid for the area. Rent is about $1,693/month for a decent place. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Am I overthinking this? Thanks for reading.
