Couple moving to Goulds from out of state

Random thought, Born and raised here. Median household income is $58,291, which feels about average for the area. You can expect to pay around $1,104 for rent here. Household incomes average around $58,291 in Goulds. It's a a small town city with about 12,019 people. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The suburbs are where most families end up. Is this normal for Goulds? The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. I love the pace of life here. Compared to Chicago it's tough.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a real estate agent who relocated here from Minneapolis about 1 years ago. The main reasons were quality of life and school.

Pros I've experienced:
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Four distinct seasons
- Diverse dining options

Cons that are real:
- Not a lot of cultural diversity
- Limited entertainment options

Financially, we've found it solid compared to where we came from. The market is competitive but not impossible. Groceries are established, gas is pretty good.

Socially, it's exactly what I was looking for. It's not for everyone but it works for us..
