First post here. I've been here for 2 years and Household incomes average around $58,291 in Goulds. Average temperature is around 75--F, so it's warm year-round. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Am I wrong here? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
