Hi all, My partner and I are Average temperature is around 75--F, so it's warm year-round. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. What do you all think? Thanks in advance! It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The weather takes some getting used to.
