Hey everyone, I work in hospitality and Homes are going for about $908,500 on average. Median household income is $214,643, which feels pretty solid for the area. Average temperature is around 60--F, so the weather is moderate. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
