OK so I'm a teacher here and The median home value here is around $189,900, which is actually reasonable. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Am I overthinking this? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The suburbs are where most families end up. The weather takes some getting used to.
