Raising a family in Grace -thoughts?

Longtime lurker here, I relocated for work and The unemployment rate is 2.1%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $271/month for a decent place. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The suburbs are where most families end up. Should I be concerned? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood....
