Graceville in the winter -how bad?

Curious what people think. Average temperature is around 67--F, so the weather is moderate. The unemployment rate is 1.2%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $106,300 on average. Rent is about $807/month for a decent place. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Should I be concerned? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's been a really good experience overall. Internet is tough in most areas.

I've lived in South for about 7 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I have mixed feelings honestly. When I first moved here from Salt Lake City, I was surprised by public transit. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Affordable housing options
- The community vibe scene is hit or miss

The downsides:
- Urban sprawl is real
- Can feel isolated

Overall I'd rate it 5/10 for retirees. Definitely worth checking out..
