Curious what people think. Just moved here 6 months ago and Crime rate is something to consider -Graettinger sits at 580.3 per 100K. Average temperature is around 47--F, so expect cold winters. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The suburbs are where most families end up. Has anyone dealt with this? Thanks!
