Grafton is underrated, change my mind
My family moved here when I was a kid. Homes are going for about $301,300 on average. Poverty rate is 1.3%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $1,162 for rent here. Average temperature is around 48--F, so expect cold winters. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. What do you all think? Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
