Is it worth buying in Grafton?
My partner and I are Crime rate is something to consider -Grafton sits at 67.8 per 100K. Rent is about $1,162/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $88,634 in Grafton. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
Pros:
- Good job market
- Good schools
- Good internet infrastructure
- Active local events
Cons:
- Lack of diversity
- Few job opportunities in some fields
- Limited cultural events

It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
