Is it worth buying in Grafton?
My partner and I are Crime rate is something to consider -Grafton sits at 67.8 per 100K. Rent is about $1,162/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $88,634 in Grafton. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
