Raising a family in Graham -thoughts?
With a population of 17,537, Graham is a small town. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Thoughts?

I've lived in South for about 4 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.
it exceeded my expectations. When I first moved here from Boston, I was surprised by school system. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.
A few things worth knowing:
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Nice parks and green spaces
- The pet-friendliness scene is better than expected
The downsides:
- Winters are long and cold
- Rising rent and home prices
Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for retirees. Good luck with whatever you decide..
