Raising a family in Graham -thoughts?

Curious what people think. I'm a college student here and With a population of 17,537, Graham is a small town. Household incomes average around $54,783 in Graham. Median household income is $54,783, which feels on the lower side for the area. Rent is about $990/month for a decent place. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

Pros:
- Good job market
- Good schools
- Lots of new development
- Good healthcare facilities
- Walkable downtown

Cons:
- Lack of diversity
- Mosquitoes and humidity
- Limited cultural events
The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The suburbs are where most families end up. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Public transit is excellent here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I love the pace of life here.
