Anyone else love living in Graham?

Hey everyone, I work in manufacturing and The median home value here is around $173,000, which is actually reasonable. You can expect to pay around $970 for rent here. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Would love some local perspective. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem average.

I've been here 6 years and I have mixed feelings honestly. The thing nobody mentions is outdoor recreation. It's reasonable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the food scene is legit. And if you're into photography, this place is challenging.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Meadowbrook side vs the Oak Park side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Hope this helps!.

I've been living here for 8 years and I'd say I have mixed feelings honestly. The weather is solid compared to other places I've lived. Overall Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
