Been meaning to ask this. The unemployment rate is 3.9%, which is pretty low. Poverty rate is 5.0%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. Household incomes average around $115,501 in Graham. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The suburbs are where most families end up. Any advice would be great. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The city has invested a lot in new development. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
