Been meaning to ask this. I'm a 23-year-old project manager and Median household income is $115,501, which feels pretty solid for the area. Rent is about $2,172/month for a decent place. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What are your go-to spots?

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is traffic. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Worth doing your research before committing.

Public transit is improving here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I love the pace of life here.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want traffic, then yeah this place is great. But if walkability matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. I genuinely enjoy living here. Compared to Raleigh it's pretty good.
