Internet providers in Graham?

Been meaning to ask this. Just moved here 3 months ago and The median home value here is around $472,800, which is pretty steep. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Am I overthinking this?

We moved here with our family and it exceeded my expectations. Schools in Old Town area are better than expected. Kids love it here.

Bought a house here in 2022 and it's been a really good experience overall. Property values have gone down slightly since then.

I've been living here for 7 years and I'd say it's improved dramatically in recent years. The healthcare is better than expected compared to other places I've lived. Overall Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
