Just moved to Graham, any tips?
First post here. I work in consulting and Rent is about $2,172/month for a decent place. It's a a smaller city city with about 35,090 people. The median home value here is around $472,800, which is pretty steep. Poverty rate is 5.0%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Graham sits at 112.8 per 100K. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The weather takes some getting used to. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
