Hey, I'm a remote worker and Crime rate is something to consider -Grambling sits at 736.5 per 100K. It's a a small town city with about 5,302 people. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What neighborhoods would you suggest? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
