Is it worth buying in Grambling?

Alright, I've been here for 16 years and Poverty rate is 53.0%, which is higher than I expected. It's a a small town city with about 5,302 people. You can expect to pay around $518 for rent here. Average temperature is around 65--F, so the weather is moderate. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's exactly what I was looking for. Internet is tough in most areas.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Compared to Miami it's hit or miss.

Moved here from Raleigh about 6 years ago. I love the pace of life here. Still getting used to outdoor recreation but No regrets on my end..
