Born and raised here. Homes are going for about $243,300 on average. Median household income is $63,838, which feels about average for the area. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Would love some local perspective. Appreciate any input. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
