Hey folks, I relocated for work and Rent is about $958/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $243,300 on average. Poverty rate is 8.6%, which is pretty low. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Compared to Nashville it's excellent.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is community vibe. I have mixed feelings honestly. Worth doing your research before committing.
