Curious what people think. Just moved here 5 months ago and Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What do you all think? Thanks in advance! There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The city has invested a lot in new development.
