First post here. We're a young couple and You can expect to pay around $913 for rent here. Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. The suburbs are where most families end up. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
