Anyone work in healthcare in Grand Prairie?

OK so I'm retired and The median home value here is around $272,200, which seems about average. Homes are going for about $272,200 on average. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Worth the trade-offs?

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. it's not perfect but it works for me. Compared to Baltimore it's pretty good.
