Hey, Median household income is $78,889, which feels about average for the area. With a population of 199K, Grand Prairie is a mid-size city. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Does this match your experience?

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want school system, then yeah this place is great. But if community vibe matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

As someone who grew up here, the quality of life is solid. A lot has changed in the past few years though. healthcare used to be much competitive but now it's underrated.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I have mixed feelings honestly. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
