First post here. Household incomes average around $56,542 in Grand Rapids. Is this normal for Grand Rapids?

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Internet is better than expected in most areas.

Bought a house here in 2017 and it was the best decision I ever made. Property values have gone down slightly since then.
