Hi all, Born and raised here. It's a a small town city with about 13,069 people. Homes are going for about $465,800 on average. With a population of 13,069, Grand Terrace is a small town. The unemployment rate is 4.3%, which is about average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Any help is appreciated. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
