First post here. I grew up here but left for a while. Median household income is $83,668, which feels pretty solid for the area. Crime rate is something to consider -Grand Terrace sits at 292.5 per 100K. It's a a small town city with about 13,069 people. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The city has invested a lot in new development. What do you all think? The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
