Worst things about Grandview Heights nobody talks about

OK so The median home value here is around $548,100, which is pretty steep. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Should I be concerned? Thanks for reading.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's not perfect but it works for me. No regrets on my end..
