Planning a move to Grandwood Park -neighborhoods?

Random thought, I'm originally from San Diego and The unemployment rate is 1.4%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $124,847, which feels pretty solid for the area. Rent is about $1,797/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $1,797 for rent here. With a population of 5,311, Grandwood Park is a small town. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Worth the trade-offs? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is traffic. the quality of life is solid. Worth doing your research before committing.
