So, I've been here for 8 years and With a population of 4,658, Granite Falls is a small town. The unemployment rate is 0.5%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Granite Falls sits at 164.5 per 100K. Homes are going for about $519,800 on average. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What do you all think? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
