Been meaning to ask this. We have two kids and It's a a small town city with about 1,146 people. Poverty rate is 9.0%, which is pretty low. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The weather takes some getting used to. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
