Anyone else feel this way? Rent is about $1,548/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $1,548 for rent here. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Any advice would be great. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The suburbs are where most families end up. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
