Not sure if this has been asked before, but Homes are going for about $364,200 on average. Household incomes average around $56,877 in Grants Pass. Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Worth the trade-offs? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
