Anyone regret moving to Granville?

Hello, I work in legal and The unemployment rate is 1.1%, which is pretty low. Poverty rate is 1.8%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $123,860 in Granville. It's a a small town city with about 5,916 people. The city has invested a lot in new development. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The suburbs are where most families end up. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem pretty good.

I've been here 15 years and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The thing nobody mentions is walkability. It's pricey and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the weather is legit. And if you're into skiing, this place is excellent.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Greenfield side vs the Lakewood side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Good luck with whatever you decide..
