Studio apartments in Grapevine -options?

Hi all, Born and raised here. Median household income is $111,438, which feels pretty solid for the area. With a population of 50,875, Grapevine is a smaller city. The unemployment rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 50,875 people. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What do you all think? Property taxes are high but you get good services. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Came here for work and stayed because it's been a really good experience overall. The safety is honestly average and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a social worker who relocated here from San Francisco about 14 years ago. The main reasons were family and a fresh start.

Pros I've experienced:
- Strong job market in several industries
- Lots of new development happening
- Four distinct seasons

Cons that are real:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Chain restaurants dominate

Financially, we've found it excellent compared to where we came from. It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. Groceries are developing, gas is surprisingly good.

Socially, it's exactly what I was looking for. No regrets on my end..
