Not sure if this has been asked before, but Been living here since 2013. The median home value here is around $458,400, which is pretty steep. Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. The unemployment rate is 2.0%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $48,850, which feels on the lower side for the area. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. What would you do? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
