Hi all, I'm a 47-year-old electrician and Crime rate is something to consider -Gray sits at 542.4 per 100K. Homes are going for about $155,200 on average. With a population of 5,524, Gray is a small town. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Worth the trade-offs? Looking forward to hearing from you all. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
