First post here. Poverty rate is 18.2%, which is higher than I expected. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Am I wrong here? The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
