Why I chose Graysville over bigger cities

Hey, Crime rate is something to consider -Graysville sits at 703.3 per 100K. Homes are going for about $95,300 on average. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is dating scene. I love the pace of life here. Worth doing your research before committing.
