Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm retired and It's a a smaller city city with about 60,412 people. Poverty rate is 7.5%, which is pretty low. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
