Most overrated things about Great Falls

I've been here for 9 years and It's a a small town city with about 14,854 people. Homes are going for about $1,342,400 on average. With a population of 14,854, Great Falls is a small town. Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Am I overthinking this? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
