My partner and I are Household incomes average around $137,095 in Great Neck. With a population of 11,068, Great Neck is a small town. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The city has invested a lot in new development. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
