Housing in Greece compared to Orlando

First post here. I'm a teacher here and You can expect to pay around $1,043 for rent here. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Am I wrong here? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is school system. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Worth doing your research before committing.
